Aqua Vita is an old term for distilled spirits. Historically, this "life water" was primarily distilled for medical purposes. With advances in distillery technology, the distillates became increasingly fine-tuned and aromatic, until finally luxury beverages were born. We have distilled a range of vintage Aqua Vitas using old recipes from the 17th and 18th centuries. The results are intricate, multi-layered herb-based spirits with an extravagant selection of flavours. Aqua Vitas can be enjoyed neat, or with ice.
