We set high standards for our premium gins when it comes to composing the aroma of spices, herbs and fruits during the distillation so that the palate and head develop a complex interplay of fragrances, pictures and stories. We distil our gins not only via a conventional pot still, but additionally let the hot steam flow through a special aroma chamber, filled with fresh botanicals. This additional steam distillation, customary in the production of essential oils, makes it possible to form this power and complexity of aromas.
